Data Protection and Privacy
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives individuals rights and protection in how their personal data is used by organisations. Parishes must comply with its requirements, just like any other charity or organisation. Each of our parishes has adopted a specific policy for data protection and privacy, in line with general Church of England guidance, including information gathered for the preparation of the church electoral roll.
